This page lists the payment methods we accept, the currency you are charged in and when your payment method is charged. The list of methods actually shown to you in the payment step of the checkout is always the definitive one; if what you see there ever differs from this page, the checkout is right.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, entered directly in the card option at checkout.
- PayPal: pay with your PayPal account via the PayPal option at checkout.
- Shop Pay: Shopify's accelerated checkout, shown in the express checkout area. Whether the Shop Pay button appears depends on your device and browser. Apple Pay and Google Pay: also shown in the express checkout area, depending on your device and browser.
We do not offer instalment plans or buy-now-pay-later arrangements.
2. Currency
All prices in this shop are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). The final price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free, so no shipping cost is added to your payment.
3. When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged when you complete the order process at checkout. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we refund any amount already paid in full and without delay, as set out in our Terms of Service.
4. Payment Processing and Security
Payment is processed by the payment service providers named during the checkout process. We do not store full card numbers. The checkout is served over an encrypted connection, and the payment providers apply their own technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
5. Questions About a Charge
If you have a question about a charge, send us a message through the form on our contact page and quote your order number. We answer during the support hours listed below.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method you used, within 5 business days of your return arriving with us and being checked. Depending on your payment provider it can take a few further days before the credit appears on your statement. The full rules are in the Returns and Refund Policy.
