How to Send It
Copy your completed form into an e-mail to support@averose-fashion.com, or into the form on our contact page, and send it to us. Sending your cancellation within 14 days of the day you receive your order is enough to keep the deadline, even if the goods travel back afterwards. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
After cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to post the goods back to the address above. Who pays for the return, and when your refund is made, is set out in the Returns and Refund Policy.
